By using PepCoach (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
PepCoach is an educational peptide coach, tracker, and reminder. It is NOT medical advice. We are not doctors or a healthcare provider, and using the App does not create a clinician relationship. The AI coach is an automated tool and can be wrong. Nothing here is a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment recommendation.
Many peptides are not approved for human use and may be illegal to obtain, possess, or use where you live. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Do not use the App unlawfully, rely on it instead of professional care, abuse or overload the service or its APIs, circumvent rate limits or security, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
You are responsible for your account. Sign-in is optional. Paid features ("PepCoach Pro"), if offered, are billed through the App Store or Google Play as auto-renewing subscriptions; manage or cancel through your store account, whose policies govern refunds.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of health, profits, or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
